Vendor Information & Application

When: Sat, June 20 2020 (storm date Sun June 21st)

Time: (daytime vendors) 10am-4pm Set up: 8am-9:30am

          (evening vendors) 6pm - end of fireworks display Set up: 4:30-5:30

              No Early Breakdowns

Spaces: All spaces are 10x10'. Tables and tents are not included. Bring weights for your tent. Daytime vendors are set up on Main St/pavement. Evening vendors are set up on a field.

Space Fee: $40 for a daytime spot or/and $40 for an evening spot (Non-profit organizations only pay $15)

                    Electricity is an extra $10 (must bring your own extension cords!)

No refunds are given for cancellations or inclement weather.

 

Thank you for your interest in joining us for Summerfest 2020! This application is for 2020 only. This year, preference is being given to handmade, unique and local vendors. Resell and 'home party' vendors will be accepted on a first-come basis as space allows. WMSA reserves the right to decline any vendor based on availability or duplicity. 

Fill out this form *completely* and either email, snail mail or drop off in person at Works of Heart Flowers. All fields are required. Submitting this application does not automatically mean you are accepted. You will be contacted via phone or email you provide if accepted. Hard copies of this application can be picked up at Works of Heart Flowers on Main Street or the hallway of the Riverview Artists Mill (by Ladybead and Rook/The Silver Branch) at 29 Howard St
